Paul is a qualified executive coach and consultant, with 16 years' UK and international experience in personal and organisational development. He is accredited as a Master Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation, and gained a Distinction in Advanced Executive Coaching at the UK’s Academy of Executive Coaching. Working in the professional services, IT, retail, sales, marketing, finance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, automotive, public and voluntary sectors, Paul has coached and trained many individuals and teams in the UK, Europe, USA and Israel, as well as run development and change workshops for up to 50 participants and lectured to audiences of over 300. Based upon 29 years' experience in the fields of personal development, Paul’s belief is that effective development interventions should always change the lives of people for the better – hence Training for Living. It is the motivation of this belief which makes Paul’s coaching and training so powerful – a person’s latent capabilities become life skills, which then become permanently available as professional skills. As well as effective, Pauls interventions are positive, and his coaching and workshops are highly participatory and enjoyable, creating constructive learning experiences which heighten self-discovery and awaken new skills and insights in participants. A fluent and persuasive communicator, with a genuine passion for developing the capability of individuals, Paul has a particular gift for inspiring intuitive and reflective learning in others. He is thus able to resolve ancillary issues whilst maintaining the main thrust of the development objectives. Concerned about the impact that personal development programmes can have in organisations, Paul regularly participates in evaluating the effectiveness of his business coaching and training practices. With his highly-tuned ethical approach, Paul endeavours to establish clearer understandings and codes of practice amongst his clients. Straight-talking, inquisitive and supportive, Paul champions individuals and teams towards fulfilling their professional and personal potential. |
